My Policy: 

I never take on a client unless I believe I can help them and that they are ready for coaching.  For any client who is not happy with my services I offer a refund .

We offer both face to face and telephone coaching.  Telephone coaching is obviously more time efficient but both work equally well.  The choice is yours.
